Jesus Storybook Bible Curriculum is HERE!
This is a joy filled day! This morning we met with the retiring director and his successor from Návrat Domů, a Czech publishing company. This is what they brought us. Printed copies of the Jesus Storybook Bible curriculum! When they first printed the Jesus Storybook Bible in 2015, we printed 2000 copies. There are only 342 left! We're praying that the Lord would use the Bible and the curriculum to open the eyes of many to taste and see that every story whispers Jesus’ name, and that in spite of everything, God loves his children with a Never Stopping, Never Giving Up, Unbreakable, Always and Forever Love. Thank you Návrat Domů, and all of our
supporters for helping us make this happen!

Mom's Funeral
Last month our family gathered to say their final goodbyes to my mother, Mary Bullock Johnson, who departed this world on December 3rd. We were sad to see her going, but it was such a relief considering how she had suffered for the past year. The silver lining in our grief was the renewed love and concern we felt for one another in Mom's last days. Here is a picture of the extended family.Thank you for your prayers and expressions of sympathy during our sadness.

Discipleship Week Begins
Our crew for the discipleship week has arrived! Maddie and
Kathryn have both served with our team in the past as interns, and now they’re
back to support this week of intense learning and bonding among the teens in
our church. God has grown this event from four girls in 2014 to fifteen boys and
girls in 2017. Even more encouraging is the fact that the teens from our church
have taken over a large part of the planning and preparation for this time of discipleship.
They have invited their non-Christian friends. They will lead several of the
key activities during the week. We are amazed and grateful to the Lord for his
work among our youth. Please pray with us this week that our young people will
see the fruits of their labors and rejoice in God.
